Duties of Board of Trustees

• To provide spiritual oversight, prayers, resource mobilization, recruitment of staff/facilitators and guidance in the day to day running of DIMI both at local and international level.
• To initiate and promote programs and activities that serves the interest of the organization and its clientele.
• To initiate, formulate and implement ideas and policies that would encourage growth and quality of DIMI service delivery both at local and international level.
• Ensure security of the organization’s assets and investments.
• To partner with other stakeholders in providing services that are in line with the, vision, mission and the objectives of the society and for the good of the organization.
• To assist and collaborate with other institutions of learning and facilitators in developing curriculum for the training programs and any other duty as called for.
